		<description>Yup.  I welcome readers, whatever their interests.  Their activity helps with search rankings, which helps us reach the psychology readers.  And I'm sure a lot of people, like you and me, are interested in both areas.

I'm just concerned that such a large part of the blogosphere is taken up with bloggers blogging about blogging, and what is the point of that?!  At least as a writer I have a rationalization for my geek posts - I can call them my morning pages.</description>

		<description>I think that the majority of people who read and search for blogs are a bit more technically savvy and so you'd get more traffic by posting technical articles (via Technorati). So the base audience is intrinsically higher for those audiences than for psychology.

I myself run a psychology blog and don't get much outside traffic or interest outside my circle of friends. I feel ya. Knowing you have interested readers and their interests is always on a writer's mind.</description>
