Writer's block, an owner's guide: NaBloPoMo
For those who don’t have the time or whatever else you think it takes to spend November writing a novel, there’s also National Blog Posting Month. I admit I’m tempted. I want to do NaNoWriMo again, AND as usual I have many other commitments including my second research project into the experience of NaNo participants. But I’m tempted. Definitely can’t do both. Hmmm. Suggestions?

Hah! Right. And I can’t do both, either. I’d be crazy to try. Oh, wait – I did sign up for both! And really, don’t you do this anyway? You do your writing for NaNo, and your research, and you blog about writing, and writer’s block, and … yeah. How much harder could it be? C’mon, David – don’t make me cluck like a chicken to goad you into it.

Still not sure. I admit blogging isn’t a huge extra demand. But it’s an extra demand and I’d promised myself I would simplify life. Also, I don’t want any of the NaBloPoMo prizes. Still not sure.

You could give me the prize, if you win something silly…
“Simplify life”? Wha’s that mean?
